NTD nets Brighton Dome & Festival £1.5 million over 18 months
Brighton's longest running and one of the most experienced web production companies, NTD, has successfully created a unique online booking system for the South East's leading arts and entertainment venue - the Brighton Dome and Festival - netting them £1,500,000 over the last 18 months.
NTD became the first company worldwide to use Galathea's ENTAConnect ticketing system which enables users to book tickets directly from the live ticketing systems in real time.
The web sites for both the Brighton Dome and Brighton Festival were also developed by NTD, providing essential information about events quickly and easily, extensive images, streamed sound and video and, of course, secure online booking.
Brighton Dome and Festival's Head of Marketing, Carole Britten, commented on the project's results. She said: "This is a major development in how we operate our business. The web site is an essential communication channel for us and the ability to sell tickets online, totally integrated into our own systems, makes this channel even more effective.
